Fraud Prevention

By placing an order with Eluro Co., you agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks.

Orders that have been delivered successfully and confirmed by tracking are considered fulfilled.

Evidence in Payment Disputes

If a dispute is filed, Eluro Co. may submit the following evidence to the issuing bank:

• Payment authorization verification
• Customer IP address and purchase data
• Order confirmation records
• Shipping confirmation and tracking
• Delivery confirmation from the carrier
• Customer agreement to store policies

Policy Abuse

Customers who abuse refund policies or initiate fraudulent disputes may be:

• Permanently banned from purchasing
• Reported to payment processors for fraud
