This Shipping Policy explains how Eluro Co. LLC processes, ships, and delivers orders within the United States.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to assist before your order enters processing, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Shipping

At this time, Eluro Co. ships within the United States only.

Estimated Delivery

Most orders arrive within 10–17 business days from the date your order is placed. This estimate includes both order processing and shipping time.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to:

  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Severe weather
  • Holiday shipping periods
  • High order volumes
  • Other circumstances outside our control

Tracking Information

All orders include tracking information.

Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates after the carrier receives your package.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking information.

Delivery Responsibility

Once a package has been marked "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, Eluro Co. is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages after delivery
  • Stolen packages after delivery
  • Delivery issues after confirmation of delivery

We recommend shipping orders to a secure delivery location whenever possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect shipping address is provided:

  • Eluro Co. is not responsible for lost shipments.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is required.

While we'll do our best to assist with address corrections before an order ships, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
